Medical Clearance

As part of the exit process at Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), both graduating students and retiring staff are required to obtain medical clearance from the Directorate of Health Services (DHS).

This clearance ensures that individuals have undergone a final health assessment, confirming they are in good standing with the university’s healthcare system.

For graduate students, medical clearance is a mandatory step before degree certification, while retiring staff must complete the process as part of their retirement formalities.

The Health Information Management department at the Directorate of Health Services processes the medical clearance of graduating students and retiring staff.
